Sports Rules
1. Scope and Definitions
These Sports Rules govern any bet placed with Crazy Luck on sporting events offered by the operator. In these Rules, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Event" means any scheduled sport contest or meet that gives rise to one or more Markets.
- "Market" means a defined bet within an Event, including but not limited to match result, totals, handicaps, or special propositions.
- "Official Source" means the final official result or verdict as communicated by the governing body, organizer, or federation responsible for the Event.
- "Bet" means a wager placed by a Customer and accepted by Crazy Luck in accordance with these Rules.
- "Bet Slip" means the record of one or more Bets placed by a Customer.
Crazy Luck reserves the right to interpret, amend, or suspend any rule to maintain integrity, fairness, and orderly operation of the service. All decisions are final unless overturned by the regulator or an authorized body following due process.
2. Market Settlement Principles
All Markets are settled in accordance with the outcome determined by the Official Source. If an Event or Market is decided by official announcement, Crazy Luck may void bets placed after the publication of the outcome. For events decided during normal playing time, settlement follows the stated Market description unless otherwise indicated. Markets that require overtime, penalties, or other deciders will be settled according to the Market description and the final official result.
Where a Market is not determined before the end of the Event’s regular duration, Crazy Luck will settle the Market based on the regular duration result unless the Market description expressly states otherwise. In Football, the regular duration includes any extra time called by the referee if the Market specifies inclusion of extra periods. Penalty shootouts are only considered if expressly stated in the Market.
Crazy Luck may declare a Market or Event void and refund stakes if the outcome is not determined within a reasonable period after the Event’s conclusion, save for Markets described as “specials” which may be settled differently. Any corrections after settlement will be applied only if the correction reflects the Official Source and is issued before the end of the applicable Event lifecycle.
3. Event Status and Postponements
If an Event is suspended, canceled, or not completed, the following rules apply unless the Market Description states otherwise:
- Event not started: Bets remain valid unless the Event is canceled and not resumed within the defined window. Where a delay exceeds 24 hours (except for Tennis or as otherwise stated), Bets may be voided and stakes refunded.
- Event started but not finished within the original schedule: Bets remain valid for Markets determined by the outcome up to the point of interruption. Markets not yet determined may be voided if the Event is not resumed within 48 hours of the initial postponement, except where otherwise provided in Market Rules or for Tennis where different provisions apply.
- Two-legged or multi-stage Events: If a leg is postponed or abandoned, Markets related to the affected leg are voided, while Markets corresponding to legs that have concluded may stand according to the final score of those concluded legs.
- Resumption of play within the specified window: Bets are settled according to the final result as determined by the Official Source at the completion of the resumed Event.
Where an Event is postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise altered due to force majeure or organizational changes, Crazy Luck reserves the right to void affected Bets or adjust settlement to ensure fairness consistent with the Official Source.
4. Outrights, Play-or-Pay and Market Continuity
Outrights (short-term and long-term) are subject to Play-or-Pay: Bets on participants or selections in Outright Markets stand regardless of a Participant’s ability to compete, and such Bets are settled as Lost if the participant is unable to participate. If a Participant is replaced by another Participant within the same team, team-based Markets (such as Team to Win, Top Positions) shall remain valid, while individual performance Markets related to the original Participant may be voided.
Head-to-head (H2H) Markets are excluded from the Play-or-Pay rule; H2H outcomes may be settled based on the actual competition results. Any change to the planned format (e.g., number of sets, innings, or minutes) will generally result in the adjustment of Market settlement with odds of 1.00 on affected Map/Match Markets where applicable.
5. Live Betting Rules
Live Bets are accepted during an Event as the Event unfolds. Odds on Live Bets are dynamic and can move before acceptance. Legal settlements for Live Bets are based on the latest authoritative data available at the time a result is determined.
Claims on Live Bets may be submitted within 24 hours from the start of the Event. If the Event is interrupted or not completed within 48 hours, Bets already calculated may be subject to review but not automatically recalculated unless a correction is required by the Official Source. Bets on outcomes that are not clearly defined at the time of interruption may be settled at odds of 1.00 where permitted by the Market.
Any Live Bet determined by the Event’s result prior to completion will stand as final if the result is subsequently confirmed by the Official Source. Live Bets may be voided or refunded in cases of obvious system errors or mispricing as determined by Crazy Luck in its sole discretion.
6. Sport-Specific Settlement Illustrations
6.1 Football (Soccer)
For Football 1X2 Markets, the winner is determined after the end of regular time unless the Market includes extra time or penalties. If the Market includes overtime, bets settle after its completion. Penalty shootouts are not considered unless the Market explicitly states inclusion. In the event of postponement, bets remain valid if kickoff occurs within 48 hours from the original start time; otherwise they may be voided. Markets related to qualifications or two-leg ties settle in accordance with the overall tie result unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Baseball (MLB)
Moneyline (Match Winner) is deemed decided when the Official Source recognizes the game as finished and either at least 5 innings have been completed, or 4.5 innings have been completed and the home team is ahead. All other markets (Totals, Spreads) remain valid to the later point of completion subject to standard conditions. In a 7-inning game, Moneyline may be deemed decided under the applicable innings rule; otherwise, such Bets are void if the condition is not met.
6.3 Basketball
Settlement follows the final score after regulation and any overtime as applicable per Market Description. If a Market is resolved by aggregate results over multiple periods, the final official score governs settlement and overtime results may be ignored unless specified.
6.4 Tennis
Tennis Markets are settled in accordance with official results. In cases of retirement, default, walkover, or abandonment, Markets other than those explicitly tied to completed sets or games become void unless stated otherwise. In the event of a retirement prior to the last point, Set/Game-specific Markets remain settled only for those elements determined prior to retirement.
7. Errors, Adjustments, and Regulations
Crazy Luck may void or adjust Bets in cases of palpable errors, incorrect venue information, or obvious mispricing. Such actions will be communicated to the Customer as soon as practicable. In cases of suspected fraud or manipulation, the operator may: (a) unsettled Bets; (b) refer the matter to regulatory or official bodies; (c) wait for a verdict before settlement. Crazy Luck reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of malpractice and to exclude customers from placing Bets.
Should an Event’s venue or essential circumstances change significantly, Crazy Luck may cancel all Bets or settle at Odds 1.00 for affected Markets where appropriate. If the Event’s parameters change (e.g., number of maps, sets, rounds), Bets on the altered Markets may be settled with Odds 1.00 unless Market Description provides otherwise.
8. Acceptance, Validity, and Corrections
Bets are accepted based on the Line displayed at time of betting. Bets placed after the Event has started may be calculated at odds of 1.00 unless the Market Description allows otherwise. If a betting error or system fault occurs, Crazy Luck may cancel or adjust Bets. Any bet that would have been declared invalid due to post-event knowledge or other bypass of risk controls may be voided and Stake refunded.
Customer responsibility includes ensuring bet details are correct prior to acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be altered or canceled by the Customer. In cases of communication failures, Crazy Luck’s server-based record shall prevail.
9. Bet Types and Cashout
Bet types offered through Crazy Luck include Singles, Expresses (Accumulators), Systems, and Live Bets. A Single is a wager on a single outcome; an Express requires all selected outcomes to win; a System permits multiple Express combinations with a calculable potential win. Cashout is available for eligible Bets (typically Singles and Expresses) and allows early settlement before Event completion, subject to technical feasibility. The availability of Cashout for any particular Bet or Event is at Crazy Luck’s discretion and can be removed or reinstated at any time without prior notice.
10. Rounding, Timelines, and Settlement Windows
Odds displayed to Customers are truncated to two decimal places. Total Odds are calculated using a sixth decimal place, while the potential Winning amount is truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancies arising from rounding are immaterial to the validity of settled Bets.
The maximum period between initial settlement and any subsequent re-settlement or revision is 30 days from the date of the original settlement.
11. General Provisions
These Rules are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Crazy Luck operates. By placing a Bet, Customers acknowledge and accept these Rules and any amendments published by Crazy Luck from time to time. Crazy Luck will maintain appropriate records and provide access to bet histories upon request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
