User Agreement

Introduction

Crazy Luck operates an online gambling platform offering casino games, live dealing, and related services. By accessing the Site or creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service. Account Creation and Access

To create an Account you must provide true, complete and up to date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; you must notify us immediately of any suspected compromise. You may close your Account at any time provided there is no outstanding balance or pending withdrawal. We may suspend or terminate an Account for any reason including suspected fraud, prohibited activity or non compliance with these Terms. We may require additional information to verify your identity before allowing further access or withdrawal of funds.

Identity Verification and Compliance (KYC)

You agree to provide documentation to verify identity, age, residence and ownership of payment methods upon request. Documents may include government issued ID, utility bills or bank statements. Verification requests must be satisfied within ten (10) days of request. We may withhold or suspend payments until verification is complete, and may permanently close an Account for failure to comply. We may perform background checks with third party providers as part of KYC and ongoing compliance checks.

Funds and Payments

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods available on the Site. You acknowledge that balances are not bank deposits and do not bear interest. The minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits are defined by Crazy Luck and may vary by method and jurisdiction. Debits and credits to your Account will reflect the amounts you authorise and you agree not to charge back or reverse legitimate payments. We may offset amounts owing to Us from any funds in your Account where legally permissible.

Crazy Luck reserves the right to define the available payment methods and to suspend or terminate payment arrangements in the interests of security or regulatory compliance. Refunds are subject to regulatory and payment provider requirements; where refunds are permitted, they will be returned by the same payment method used for the funding, subject to verification and any applicable fees.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses may be offered from time to time and will be subject to separate terms and conditions. Upon credit, bonus funds are typically designated as Bonus Balance and may be subject to wagering requirements, time limits and game contribution rules. Wagering on eligible Games must be completed within the specified period; some games may contribute partially or not at all to wagering requirements. If you partially or fully withdraw bonus eligible funds before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited or deducted. Promotions override general Terms where conflicts arise.

Miscarriages and System Failures

If a Game miscarriage or a system failure occurs during play, all wagers on the affected round shall be handled in accordance with the following rules: (i) the round shall be void if progress cannot be accurately resumed, (ii) if a wagering amount has been placed and no result is generated, the wager will be refunded to your Account or paid by other approved means, and (iii) if a balance exists, adjustments will be made in line with fairness principles. Crazy Luck will take reasonable steps to ensure continuous operation, but is not liable for downtime, server disruptions, or third party service failures except to the extent required by applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct and Security

You may not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity or use software, bots or other devices to gain an unfair advantage. You may not attempt to defraud the Site or other players, exploit vulnerabilities or manipulate outcomes. We may monitor activity, audit transactions and suspend or terminate an Account suspected of wrongdoing. You agree not to use or attempt to use any vulnerability or bug to obtain an advantage, and to cooperate with investigations into suspected violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All Site content including software, graphics, text, and design are the property of Crazy Luck or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Site for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of Site content without our express written consent.

You may also terminate your Account in accordance with the closure rules described in the Account Creation section, subject to any outstanding obligations.

We may impose cooling off periods and provide access to resources for managing gambling related risks. Self exclusion does not guarantee immediate removal of all access to the Site or prevention of new accounts if prohibited by law.
