General provisions

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all Promotions offered by Crazy Luck. Each promotion may include its own supplementary terms; where a conflict arises, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail. By participating in any Promotion you agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms and the Crazy Luck Terms of Use.

Eligibility and account requirements

You must be a registered Crazy Luck player of legal age in your jurisdiction and physically located in a region where online gambling is permitted at the time of play. Verification of identity and payment details may be required before receiving bonuses or before withdrawing winnings associated with a bonus.

One bonus at a time; no stacking

Only one bonus offer may be active for a given person at any moment. This restriction applies per person, family, home address, email address, IP address, phone number, current account number, payment method, and electronic device. Attempts to bypass these controls or operate multiple accounts for bonuses may be treated as bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings.

Activation, validity and withdrawal of bonuses

Bonuses are credited upon acceptance of the promotional offer or completion of the qualifying action. Unspecified bonuses expire 10 days after activation. If wagering requirements are not met within the active period, the bonus balance and any winnings attributed to the bonus will be removed from the account.

Cap on bonus release

• Non-deposit bonuses (including Free Spins): maximum withdrawable amount €25.
• Deposit bonuses: maximum withdrawable amount is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Free Spins winnings: maximum withdrawable amount €100.

Wagering requirements and bet sizing

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the standard requirements are:

• Deposit bonus: 50 times the sum of the bonus amount (and where applicable, the deposit amount claimed with the offer).
• Free Spins winnings: 40 times the amount won from Free Spins.

When a bonus is active, bets are funded from your Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are used only after your Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake. The maximum bet allowed while an active Bonus is €5 per wager, unless the promotion states a different limit.

Game contributions and restrictions

Contributions to wagering depend on the game type. Unless stated otherwise in the offer:

• Slots and Keno: 100% of the stake contributes toward wagering.
• Table games, Card games, Video Poker, and Craps: 0% contribution.
• Live Casino and Jackpot games: not eligible to be played while a bonus is active.

Some titles may be excluded or contribute differently. A non-exhaustive list of restricted and non-contributing titles can be found in the game information panel within the casino interface. Users should verify current contributions per game before playing with an active bonus.

Cancellation, termination and withdrawals

A bonus may be cancelled at any time by the player or by Crazy Luck if terms are breached. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the Bonus Balance will be removed and only the Real Balance may be withdrawn. Crazy Luck reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Promotion at its discretion, and such actions shall not affect the terms of a previously redeemed offer except where explicitly stated.

Irregular play and bonus abuse

Crazy Luck monitors activity for irregular play and potential bonus abuse. Actions intended to exploit the Promotions, including low-margin or hedge betting, pattern gaming designed to complete wagering requirements without real economic risk, or any fraudulent activity, may result in the removal of bonuses and winnings, and could lead to account suspension or closure.

Promotions changes and promotional terms

Crazy Luck reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is amended, the revised terms apply to active bonuses as specified by Crazy Luck. Individual offers may include terms that supersede these general terms.

Currency and accounting considerations

Bonuses are credited and settled in the currency configured for your Crazy Luck account. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the player unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.
