Self-Exclusion Policy

Crazy Luck is committed to responsible gaming. This Self-Exclusion Policy governs all forms of self-exclusion available to players who hold a Crazy Luck account. The policy applies to access on Crazy Luck platforms, across all devices, and prohibits participation in wagering activities during the exclusion period. It also addresses removal from marketing communications and the process for re-entry after exclusion ends.

Scope and Purpose

This policy sets out the procedures and consequences of self-exclusion initiated by a Crazy Luck player. It covers permanent self-exclusion and time-bound self-exclusion lasting a fixed period or indefinitely, with the aim of supporting players who recognise a risk to responsible gambling and seek to pause or stop play.

Eligibility

All Crazy Luck players aged 18 or older may request self-exclusion. Crazy Luck reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under the minimum age. If a minor attempts to open or maintains an account, Crazy Luck will take appropriate action consistent with applicable laws and our Terms and Conditions.

Self-Exclusion Options and Durations

  • Temporary self-exclusion: 7 days, 1 month, 6 months.
  • Longer-term self-exclusion: 1 year, 2 years, 5 years.
  • Permanent self-exclusion: indefinitely (no access to Crazy Luck services until a new decision is made).

Selection of any exclusion period shall take effect immediately upon completion of the self-exclusion steps in the user interface or the equivalent confirmation process. A longer or indefinite exclusion may be recommended where risk is assessed as high, in accordance with internal safeguarding measures.

Effects During Self-Exclusion

During a self-exclusion period, the following shall apply across all Crazy Luck platforms and devices:

  • Access to wagering functionality is blocked. You will not be able to place bets, participate in promotions, or open new Crazy Luck accounts.
  • Existing balances may be withdrawn in accordance with the normal withdrawal process. You may log in to view account details and initiate withdrawals of remaining funds, subject to verification requirements.
  • Crazy Luck will take reasonable measures to prevent marketing communications during the exclusion period. Marketing materials will cease as soon as practicable after processing and will stop within 48 hours of exclusion taking effect.
  • Any attempt to bypass the exclusion, to operate additional accounts, or to provide false or misleading information will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

Players may initiate self-exclusion via the Crazy Luck account management tools located in My Account. The steps are as follows:

  1. Log in to your Crazy Luck account.
  2. Navigate to My Account > Self-Exclusion.
  3. Select the desired exclusion duration from the available options and confirm.
  4. If you cannot access your account, contact Crazy Luck Customer Support to request self-exclusion by email at [email protected] or via the official support channel.

Upon submission, the exclusion will be enacted for the chosen period and you will receive confirmation of the effective date.

Reactivation and Return to Play

For time-bound self-exclusion, access will be restored automatically at the end of the selected period, subject to these Terms and Conditions. If you elect to self-exclude for an extended period or permanently, re-entry requires a proactive reactivation process described below:

  • Reactivation after any exclusion period requires explicit confirmation of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions related to re-entry.
  • You will receive a reactivation notice. Reactivating will allow access to your Crazy Luck account only after you acknowledge the re-entry terms.
  • On re-entry, Crazy Luck may apply additional verification measures prior to granting access.

Marketing and Communications

During the self-exclusion period and for a reasonable period after its expiry, Crazy Luck will not use the player’s contact information for marketing purposes beyond those required by regulatory or licensing obligations. Marketing communications will resume only upon successful re-entry and in compliance with applicable terms unless the player has re-asserted exclusion or opted out of communications again.

Blocking Tools and Related Measures

In addition to self-exclusion, players may consider using blocking software or other parental- or guardian-control tools available for devices. Such tools are independent of Crazy Luck and are recommended to help maintain responsible gaming. Crazy Luck does not guarantee the effectiveness of third-party blocking software and accepts no liability for issues arising from its use or non-use.

Limitations and Liabilities

Crazy Luck implements self-exclusion and related responsible gaming measures as part of its licence obligations and internal risk controls. While reasonable efforts will be taken to enforce exclusions, Crazy Luck excludes liability for losses arising from activities outside the scope of the self-exclusion decision, including attempts to circumvent the exclusion or the creation of unauthorised accounts. Players who breach exclusion terms may forfeit winnings and will be subject to account closure and restricted access to funds where applicable.
